LP&M Advertising Wins Six Agri-Marketing Awards

Syracuse agency honored for agricultural marketing excellence

The National Agri-Marketing Association’s annual award show honors excellence in marketing communications for the agriculture and animal health industries. LP&M Advertising of Syracuse was among the winning entries in the regional “Best of NAMA” competition, which featured entries from agri-marketing agencies throughout the northeast United States and mid-Atlantic region.

LP&M’s “Squawking” dealer kit for Conewango’s Evolution XLO, won a first place award. The program was created to launch the new low-slip milking liner, after farmers noticed the XLO reduced squawking in their milking parlor. The kit was sent out to dealers to promote interest in the new product. LP&M also received an additional merit award for the entire integrated XLO “Squawking” marketing campaign.

An ad for Saratoga Springs, NY-based AgroChem, a leading manufacturer of advanced dairy cleaning solutions won a first place award. The ad featured a round hay bale with the headline, “The Color of Money,” to promote AgroChem’s HayFresh product.

Materials created for Western New York Energy LLC, a renewable energy company, earned three awards. A tradeshow booth display received a first place award. A corporate logo, which was designed to generate more interest in the company, and an ad featuring rocket-strapped cows promoting the company’s dairy distillers grain each received merit awards.

Entries will now advance to the national Best of NAMA competition held in Kansas City, April 13, 2016.
